The Coloring Atlas is a small business based in the United Kingdom, at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. It is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and requests go to hello@thecoloringatlas.com.

Real estate professionals we contact

We email real estate agents and teams using the business contact details they publish on their own websites and listings. We keep your name, business email, brokerage and the listing we used for your sample. We do this because it is in our legitimate interest to offer our product to businesses that may want it. Every email lets you opt out, and if you do we add your address to a do-not-contact list so you don't hear from us again.

If you don't reply, we delete your details within 12 months.

Photos of homes

To make a sample we use a publicly listed photo of the home, and only to show the agent what the finished drawing would look like. We don't publish these samples or use them in our marketing. The sample on our website is an invented house.

Orders

For an order we need the property address, the names to print, the delivery address and the agent's contact details. We keep order records for six years because UK tax law requires it, and delete the rest once the order is delivered and any questions about it are settled.

Who else handles it

• OpenAI, which makes the drawing from the photo.
• Printful, which prints, frames and delivers orders and so receives the names, the property address and the delivery address.
• Namecheap, which hosts our email, and Vercel, which hosts this website.

Some of these companies are in the United States. They handle the information for us under contracts that protect it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@thecoloringatlas.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
