Ordering

  1. Email the property address, the names as your clients would like them shown, and where it should go: their new home or your office.
  2. We reply within two working days with a proof. Ask for as many changes as you need.
  3. When you approve it, we print, frame and ship it with your note. You pay then, not before.

Questions

How is the drawing made?
With AI, from a photo of the house, then checked by hand against that photo. Nothing is printed until you've seen and approved the proof.
Which photo do you use?
The listing photo, unless you send a better one.
What if I'm not happy with it?
If you're not happy with your first one, we'll refund you. If a frame arrives damaged, we replace it.
Is there a bigger size?
Yes: 18 x 24 inches in the same black frame and white mat, for $129 delivered. Just say "large" when you send the address.
Can I use this for every closing?
Yes. Email each address as it closes and we'll send a proof every time. The price stays $89, and there's nothing to sign up for.
Can I add my logo?
Yes, on the note that goes in the box. The drawing itself carries only your clients' details.
