Terms

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you order a framed drawing from The Coloring Atlas, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom ("we"). By approving a proof you accept them.

The product

A drawing of the home you give us, printed on matte art paper in a black wood frame with a white mat, either 12 x 16 inches (standard) or 18 x 24 inches (large) and a clear acrylic front, with the names, address and year you give us. The drawing is made with AI from a photo of the home and checked by us against that photo.

Proofs

We send a proof within two working days of receiving the address and names. You can ask for changes until you are happy. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof in writing, by email is fine. Please check the spelling of names and the address: we print exactly what you approve.

Price and payment

$89 for the standard size or $129 for the large size, including delivery to one address in the United States. You pay by card through a secure payment link when you approve the proof. Any sales tax that applies is shown before you pay.

Delivery

Orders usually arrive about 10 days after you approve the proof. We'll tell you if there is a delay. We deliver only within the United States.

Photos

If you send us a photo, or ask us to use a listing photo, you confirm you have the right to let us use it to make the drawing.

If something is wrong

If a frame arrives damaged, or doesn't match the proof you approved, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge. If you're not happy with your first order, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund it.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
